The Reason there Are No Tech Jobs for Americans

A majority of Silicon Valley and Seattle-area tech workers are foreign-born, and the majority of foreign tech workers are H1-B Visa holders.  

Is the only reason for tech industry profits cheap imported labor?  Trump should put a tariff on imported labor.
