Roger Waters Describes the Israel Lobby’s Efforts to Destroy His Career

Waters got in trouble, as did President Jimmy Carter, for speaking out against against Israeli Apartheid. Waters moral conscience should be appreciated. It cost him a lot.
It is not clear from Waters’ statements that he understands that Israel’s crime goes far beyond its construction of an Apartheid state. Apartheid has become an euphemism for genocide.
Israel has destroyed Palestine in two ways. The land of Palestine was absorbed into Israel piece by piece over 79 years. And now the remnants of the Palestinian people in what’s left of Gaza and the West Bank are being driven out or exterminated. Israel destroyed Palestine by violence as Rome destroyed Carthage.
For 79 years the governments of the world stood aside and permitted a people to be exterminated. So much for the vaunted “moral conscience.”
