Millions of dollars in cash leave the Minneapolis-Saint Saint Paul international airport in suitcases carried by passengers
The United States permits enormous amounts of cash to be carried out of the country if it is declared. Somalis observed by TSA agents have been carrying millions of dollars in cash in briefcases and suitcases with them as they exit the United States. They declare the amounts but apparently are not asked how they obtained millions of dollars in US $100 bills. This would seem to be an interesting question, but the question is not asked.
