Interest rates are rising in a global bond selloff renewed by Trump’s attacks on Iran, which pushed oil above $91 per barrel. Oil’s climb also pressured stocks globally.
Higher energy prices revived inflation fears and reinforced expectations of monetary tightening by the Federal Reserve, a pointless action as interest rates are rising on their own.
It is clear that Trump is willing to inflict endless costs on the US and world economy for the sake of Greater Israel. We are experiencing an American President harming his country for the sake of Israeli expansion in the Middle East.
