The CIA’S top intelligence officer was in charge of preparing the phony reports of Russian interference in the 2016 US election.  She and 36 others were fired.  Tulsi Gabbard said that the intelligence agencies are “plagued with unauthorized intelligence leaks, politicization, and weaponization of intelligence.” Gabbard said there would be a reduction in staff of 50%.
