Is there a low level of intelligence here?
It seems that time after time the police do themselves in, thereby fanning public hostility toward police and removing constraints on crime.
In America, intelligence at all levels seems to be non-existent. How can a country as inherently stupid as America think of itself as “exceptional,” “indispensable,” and a “superpower.” What America really is is a super-stupid.
